The Hypnotherapy Therapeutic Process

Back in 1981 when I first started doing energy healing work, I did not know much about the minds effect on health. I did acupressure on blocked energy points and achieved some success in helping people feel better. However, the results did not last. Then, in 1985, I added Hypnotherapy to my healing work and achieved greater success in alleviating peoples problems. Nevertheless, my success still was not very good. I did everything I was taught to release the traumas in peoples subconscious minds and still their problems persisted or the healing did not last very long. It was then that I discovered what effect entity attachment had on hypnotherapeutic healing. That was in 1990. Since then, I have great success helping people.

The objective in psychotherapy is to change the persons behavior and response to life (how they feel). Programs in the subconscious mind determine both of these. To reprogram the subconscious mind, it is necessary to first release all the forcing functions, which created and reinforce the negative programs. Once these are released, new, positive programs can be embedded into the subconscious and change results.

The problem is in reaching the negative forcing functions and accessing the subconscious bio-computer hard drive where the programs are. You cannot release forcing functions or reprogram if you cannot reach the subconscious. Entity attachments form an impenetrable barrier to the subconscious and until they are released, the subconscious cannot be accessed.

Vera, 42 came to see me about stress. During our discussions, she mentioned pains in her neck and head experienced since young adulthood. She tried conventional medicine and had taken many different pain relievers, but the pain always came back as she developed tolerance to the medicine or stopped taking it. I do not work on mental or physical illness per se, but she wanted me to try to help her, so I checked her out and got strong indications of an entity attachment.

I removed the entity, which was the earthbound spirit of a young man who had died by falling down stairs and had broken his neck. He was very sad because his life ended so early. He said he attached to her when she was nineteen during a time of great sadness. After releasing the entity and reprogramming her subconscious so that pain from the released entity was recognized as her pain, I brought her out of hypnosis. The pain was gone and has never returned in two years. She remembered the sadness it was when her father died. Our psychic defense system is impaired by emotions like sadness, which also attracted the sad entity the entity brought the pain when he left he took it with him.

The Alchemy of Color and Violet Light

All color is made of light, and violet is a spiritual light. Research on the psychology of color has shown that the colors purple and violet represent spirituality, creativity and meditation. On the rainbow spectrum of color, violet is the highest vibrating color, closest to the invisible range of spirit. According to the teachings of alchemy, we can visualize the violet color to heal our past traumas, for forgiveness and acceptance, and ultimately for our soul’s freedom. But first, we need to understand our subconscious mind.

The subconscious is a bio-computer. Its job is to monitor the body, helping us to breathe, circulate, and digest. It knows the world through the five senses. And it is millions of times more powerful than the conscious mind! The subconscious mind holds all of our past traumas, both big and small, which block the flow of health, joy and abundance in our lives. These blocks are old thoughts and beliefs that create anger, fear, guilt, resentment, sadness, and grief. They can create pain for us whenever a situation or person, a comment or a look, reminds us of our unresolved traumas in some way.

When a person or situation “pushes our buttons”, our subconscious automatically runs a program of our old pain. Like an old jukebox programmed to play a record, our subconscious beliefs and feelings click in and we follow automatically, creating the same behaviors over and over again. That is why when we want to change a habit by will and logic, we often fail because the subconscious is still playing old programs. It’s akin to the statement of the Apostle Paul, “That which I would do I did not, and that which I would not do, I did.”

Clearly, we need a way to overcome old beliefs and feelings stuck in the subconscious. Fortunately there are ways to do this. These old beliefs and feelings are simply stuck energy. Cosmic law teaches us that energy cannot be created or destroyed, only transformed from one form to another. Transformation is changing one kind of energy, such as our emotional blocks, to another kind of energy, our spiritual light.

The use of the violet fire will burn up or transform old traumas and beliefs by going into the cells where they are recorded and wiping them clean. The violet fire is a cosmic eraser and we can activate it by using mantras and visualizations. Just as physical fire burns up physical things, violet fire is spiritual and burns up energetic blocks. Fire is powerful and transformative. A fiat as simple as “I am a being of violet fire! I am the purity God desires!” can go a long way in bringing about this transformation. Try repeating this fiat for 15 minutes a day and watch the alchemy unfold in your life.

Monsters of the Id!

What are the monsters within us that keep us sick — that keep reigniting the flames of misery when we think we have snuffed them out by wondrous therapies, only to have them reappear stronger than before? We do what the therapist says we think we have cleared ourselves we take the potions, guaranteed to heal us and maybe we feel better for a short while, only to have the malady recur and we feel bad again. What in us causes this to happen?

The culprits are monsters in the subconscious mind called Forcing Functions. These generators keep adding energy to the systems within us that are making us feel bad. Harmful things that happened to us in this life or a past life, an unresolved internal conflict, a deleterious physical genetic encoding from our ancestors or an attached entity, cause forcing Functions. The effect of the Forcing Function is to keep re-stimulating the problem and reinforce the negative program, which it created within us.

As long as Forcing Functions remain in the subconscious, no therapy can be successful over the long term. As soon as therapy stops, the problem is restarted from the Forcing Function energy and the difficulty is re-created. The negative program created by the Forcing Function continues to operate and is continually reinforced by the energy. Since the programs in the subconscious determine the sufferers behavior and response to life – he is miserable again.

The only way to achieve permanent healing is to eliminate the Forcing Functions from the subconscious self and the only way into the subconscious is through hypnosis. Therefore, a competent Hypnotherapist will find and eliminate the Forcing Functions and reprogram the subconscious. Then the sufferer is healed permanently.

The reason most therapy fails is that the therapist cannot reach the subconscious self if there is an attached entity on the person. In order to find and eliminate the Forcing Function so that the subconscious bio-computer can be re-programmed, the therapist must first release any entities there. Entity attachment is an impenetrable barrier to reaching the subconscious self.

The majority of therapists does not believe in entity attachments or are afraid to deal with them — so, they do not and their therapy is ineffective. For instance — if the Forcing Function is from something that happened in a previous life, regression therapy is required to find and release the negative energy associated with the event but, if there is an attached earthbound spirit on the person, the regression is done on the attached entity and not on the person. All the psychotherapy in the world on the attached spirit is not going to help the person.

So, if you have monsters in you that are preventing you from getting permanently well, seek out a Hypnotherapist who knows how to deal with Spirit Attachment and your life can really change for the better.

Deconstructing Cravings

My clients often come to me with cravings for sugar. The cravings hit them in the afternoon or the evening (or both), and once they hit, they’re almost impossible to ignore. Does this sound familiar?

When we “give in” to cravings we often feel that we have failed because we did not have the willpower to say “no.” Are cravings due to lack of willpower or discipline? I’d like to suggest that cravings are not a problem. They are critical pieces of information that tell you what your body needs.

The body is an amazing source of intelligence. It is always there for you, pumping blood, never skipping a heartbeat, digesting whatever food you put in it, and maintaining homeostasis. Is this reliable, intelligent bio-computer making a mistake by craving ice cream or a hamburger or chocolate?

The important thing is to understand why you crave what you crave. Perhaps your diet is too strict, devoid of essential nutrients. Perhaps you are living a lifestyle that is too boring or stressful. Your body tries to correct the imbalance by sending you a message: a craving. The key to stopping the craving is to understand what your body really needs.

The next time you have a craving, treat it as a loving message from your body instead of as a weakness. Try these steps to respond to your body:

* First have a glass of water and wait ten minutes.

* Eat a healthier version of what you crave. For example, if you crave sweets, try eating more fruit and sweet or root vegetables.

* What is out of balance in your life? What happened in your life just before you had this craving?

* When you eat the food you are craving, enjoy it, taste it, savor it; notice its affects. Then you can be more aware and free to decide if you really want it next time.
